All sponsors will be recognized in printed program materials and on the NFCR and the AFCR Websites, in conference marketing materials to be distributed worldwide through October 2007, and on special signage in the Conference Center. In addition, special “benefits of sponsorship” are associated with individual sponsorship categories as noted below.
General Conference Sponsorship Support
Underwriting Sponsor – US$50,000
Featured placement of corporate logo on pre-conference, conference and post-conference materials, onsite signage, and the conference website; speaking availabilities and identification as the sole Underwriting Sponsor of the conference. Complimentary exhibit space in Conference Center Foyer. Press releases and all marketing materials will prominently identify the Underwriting Sponsor. Special recognition presentation and plaque during opening ceremonies. Private reception with presenters, media, and VIP guests from Hong Kong and Asia. Literature handouts to all attendees and up to seven (7) free registrations that permit attendees to participate in both conferences.
Conference Co-Sponsors – US$25,000
Featured placement of corporate logo on pre-conference, conference and post-conference materials, onsite signage, and the conference website. Speaking opportunity for sponsor representatives and identification as a
co-sponsor of the conference. Recognition during opening ceremonies. Private reception with presenters and
the media. Literature handouts to all attendees and up to four (4) complimentary registrations for the two
conferences. Invitations to private reception with presenters, media and VIP guests from Hong Kong and Asia.
Gold Research Partners – US$10,000
Corporate logo in conference Program Book, special signage in Convention Center, invitations to private
reception, and two (2) free registrations.
Silver Research Partners – US$5,000
Corporate logo in conference Program Book, special signage in Convention Center, invitations to private
reception, one (1) free registration. Sponsorship support at any dollar level is welcome and most appreciated by the Conference organizers.
Special Sponsorship Opportunities
Dinner and Reception Sponsor – US$15,000
Logo included on all conference materials, conference website and dinner and reception signage. Table signs recognizing sponsors. Sole Sponsor will be recognized by the host institution and will receive two (2) free registrations for the two conferences. Sponsor information may be distributed at the Dinner. NOTE: partial sponsorship support of the most important social and networking event of the conference is welcome.
Lunch Sponsorship – US$5,000
Logo included on all conference materials and lunch signage. Table signs will acknowledge sponsors. Recognition during the luncheon by host institution. One (1) free registration for the two conferences. NOTE: partial sponsorship support of each day’s luncheon, each of which provides an important networking opportunity for attendees, is welcome.
Young Investigator Awards Sponsors – US$3,500
This sponsorship will make it possible for up to five (5) promising young Asian cancer researchers to attend both conferences. Sponsor name incorporated into the award. Recognition at special reception for travel award recipients and sponsor representatives, VIP guests.
Session Sponsors – US$2,500
Logo prominently displayed during session. Introduction of presenters in sponsored session.
Coffee/Tea Break Sponsorships – US$1,500
Logo on break signage and recognition by the moderator of the session prior to your sponsored break.
